Warren dropped off his HICAS S13 hatchback in September 2002. We installed the engine with an SR HICAS power steering pump, Greddy FMIC with Turbo XS recirculating valve, SPEC Stage III clutch, electric fan, and OBX short shifter.
The HICAS lines had to be bent slightly, the alternator belt is smaller than usual, and the ABS was hard to work around. Other than that the HICAS swap was the same as any other swap. Warren selected Autometer boost and AFR gauges, an Apexi turbo timer, and a Blitz Dual SBC Type S Boost Controller. |
